Intelligent Design and Services are a team of Journeyman Mold Makers with over 40 years of combined experience in the areas of mold making and design serving the plastics industry.

We use the Siemens PLM NX CAD software (formerly known as “Unigraphics”) to design products, molds, program CNC machines, and wire EDMs. We have used this leading edge application since 1989 and offer customized onsite training to business and individuals.

Unlike most design service providers, we have been involved in every aspect of the mold making process so as to ensure that the end product, mold or part, is produced to the exacting standards of the client. This leads us to deliver Design projects with the highest degree of manufacturability.
